At Hakkari, we are dedicated to providing a high-quality experience in a respectful and welcoming environment. In order to ensure the best possible service for all our clients and to protect the time and craft of our stylists, we ask that you please review and respect the following salon policies.
1. Appointments & Deposits
To secure your appointment, we may require a deposit.
• Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
• Your deposit will be deducted from the total amount due at your appointment.
• Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or our online booking system.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, last-minute cancellations or missed appointments have a direct impact on our business and staff.
• Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice: No fee applies.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% of the booked service will be charged.
• No-shows (no contact and no arrival): 100% of the service will be charged.
• Clients who cancel or no-show repeatedly (2 times or more within 6 months) may be asked to prepay for future appointments.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• A 15-minute grace period is offered.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled.
• Arrivals over 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show and subject to the no-show fee.
4. Appointment Reminders
As a courtesy, we send reminder messages 48 and 24 hours before your scheduled appointment via SMS or email.
• Please ensure your contact details are up to date.
• It remains your responsibility to manage or cancel appointments on time, even if the reminder is missed.
5. Service Satisfaction & Adjustments
We take pride in the quality of our work. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service:
• Please notify us within 7 days of your appointment.
• We will do our best to offer a reasonable adjustment free of charge.
• Adjustments do not apply if the hair has been altered by another salon or person after your visit.
6. Right to Refuse or Reschedule
Hakkari reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in cases of stylist illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, we will contact you as early as possible and offer priority rescheduling.
7. Health & Safety
• For your safety and the comfort of others, please do not bring children or guests to your appointment unless they have a scheduled service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a client behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner.
8. Colour Disclaimer
• A patch test is required for all new colour clients at least 48 hours before the appointment.
• Final colour results may vary depending on your hair history, condition, and previous treatments.
